A beacon village appellation in the Côte de Nuits, our Vosne-Romanée reflects our choice to blend all of the village-level cuvées that we vinify in order to obtain a Vosne-Romanée that is, in it’s own way, geographically representative of the appellation as a whole.

The vineyards that we farm for this cuvée are divided in the following way: 37% from the northern part of the village, 39% from the center, and 23% from the southern part of the village. The wine demonstrates how beautifully these terroirs balance each other, as well as expressing Vosne’s various soil types.

Vosne-Romanée is an appellation of great elegance, with a solid structure and silky tannins, resulting in very harmonious wines.

Subtle spice nuances and notes of red and black fruits offer a beautiful aromatic complexity. While it’s a crowd-pleaser of a wine, it still maintains its distinct personality.

The parcels farmed and harvested make up 1.9 ha (4.695 acres) across 16 parcels:                                                                                                    

  • Colombière (4 parcelles) (0.3121 ha) – at the center of the village
  • Pré de la Folie (0.3682 ha) – at the center of the village
  • Aux Communes (0.1117 ha) – at the center of the village
  • Réas (0,21 ha) – in the southern part of the village
  • Jacquines (0.1590 ha) – in the southern part of the village
  • Croix blanches (0.0893 ha) – in the southern part of the village
  • Vigneux (2 parcelles) (0.3201 ha) – in the northern part of the village
  • Ormes  (3 parcelles) (0.3092 ha) – in the northern part of the village
  • Chalendins (2 parcelles) (0.1098 ha) – in the northern part of the village
  • Aux Communes (0.1117 ha) – in the center of the village
