In the vineyard…
The return of spring was short-lived at the beginning of April.
Between the 5th and the 8th of April, 3 nights were frosty.
On the morning of April 7, the snow made its arrival and the vegetation was under a small white cover.
During this period, the Boarmies came out and attacked the remaining buds.
On the 23rd, the preparas’ day was organised in Auxey Duresses at the Clos du Moulin.
After spending 6 months underground, the corns were dug up and emptied to make the bouse de corne.
On the rainy side, very little rainfall was recorded during the cold period and more generally over the month. It is only from 28 April onwards that the rain arrives.
On 30 April, the vegetation started again in a heterogeneous way. Some plants had up to 3 leaves, while the neighbouring plant had not developed anything at this stage.
