In the vineyard…
This transitional period between the vintage that has just entered the cellar and the future vintage that will have to be prepared is generally done in colour.
Depending on the weather, the vine changes colour and between yellow, red, orange and pink, the slope is adorned with a thousand colours…. before suffering total leaf-thinning.
Fertilising work is carried out. The dead plants continue to be removed and the hole that will receive future grafts is finalised.
In middle October, the autumn preparation day takes place.
