Under an unusually mild October sky, the coast takes on its autumn hues.

Early October is the time to prepare for the next season: dead vines are removed and replaced, taking advantage of the good conditions to work the soil.

Fermented extracts and the biodynamic preparation “Maria Thun” are spread.
A special day in early October is also dedicated to making this preparation.

In the Cellar…

Now it’s time to look after the new 2025 vintage, while keeping an eye on the 2024 one, which will be bottled in a few months.

The 2023 vintage continues to leave the estate through customer orders.
