The members of the Union des Vignerons de Vosne-Romanée celebrated Saint Vincent in the Burgundian tradition. Arriving at Saint-Martin Church from the Boigey Frères domain, which had kept it in 2025, the statue of the patron saint of Vosne, dressed in a gold tunic, was blessed during morning mass.
As is customary, Saint Vincent was carried away on the shoulders of the vignerons from the Gros Michel domain, who will be responsible for it during 2026.
An aperitif, followed by a meal, brought this convivial day to a close.

In the vineyard…

The first third of the month was marked by a winter offensive, with freezing temperatures and snow on the agenda.

In mid-January, there was a noticeable thaw.
Wood pulling and pruning continued.

The end of the month was marked by the return of rainy weather.
Outdoor mechanical work is halted due to the weather.

In the cellar…

Bottling continues and the 2024 vintage (very low volumes) is largely bottled.
