In the vineyard…

November is a period of transition in the vineyard, during which a variety of tasks are carried out:

* completion of the removal of hooks and staples,
* continuation of the preparation of holes for future grafts.
These tasks are dependent on the autumn weather, which is often wet, requiring an adapted work schedule.

In the cellar…

The ageing process continues:
*the 2024 vintage (very small volume) is entering its final stage of ageing.Several cuvées are being racked in preparation for bottling.

*The 2025 vintage is currently ageing and requires regular, rigorous monitoring (checking levels, topping up) to ensure it develops properly.The last shipments of the 2023 vintage have been made.
