In the vineyard…
Pruning starts again from January 3rd.
This January is marked by a cold weather report. In view of the lunar cycles and the weather conditions, the work in the vineyard is thus made in alternation between pruning and singeing of vine shoots.
According to the plots of land, vine shoots is either brought out to back, or to burn in the wheelbarrow.

This period of cold is not fatal in the vineyard. What is more worrisome, it is the lack of water (or of snow).
On January 22nd, we celebrate St Vincent. This year the Domain Grivot welcome the saint.
